MAGIC register value (“DSG3”).
Read at 0x200. The bytes 0x44 0x53 0x47 0x33 are ASCII “DSG3” in
little-endian order. The card runner
(fpga/u280/engine/host/dsig_engine_runner.cpp) checks it before anything
else, so it never drives a different kernel with this register map.
