Source-word positions for the Haraka-512 32-bit inter-lane permutation.
The state is 16 words of 4 bytes. After the mix, word w holds what was
word MIX_WORDS[w]. This is the only thing that moves data between AES
lanes, and it is pure wiring in hardware (no logic at all).
