Haraka v2 constants as integers whose little-endian bytes match AES-NI.
Upstream _mm_set_epi32(a, b, c, d) is represented as the integer
0xaaaabbbbccccdddd: the first byte in memory is the low byte of d.
40 entries of 128 bits: entry 4·round + lane is the AddRoundKey value for
AES lane lane in AES round round. Haraka uses fixed public constants
instead of a secret key; they only break the symmetry between rounds and
lanes.
