Applies one DSig chain step at the given index and depth (Haraka-512 in
the V1 profile; see chain_lane).
Input: the current 18-byte node, the 16-byte key nonce, the chain index
and the depth. Output: the next 18-byte node. This is the oracle that
tests/chain_step.rs compares the hardware lane against.
