Pure Rust Haraka-512 v2 with fixed standard constants and 32-byte output.
This fixed-input-length compression function is not a general-purpose variable-length hash and must not be extended by ad-hoc concatenation.
Input: exactly 64 bytes. Output: the standard 32-byte digest. This is the oracle that every hardware pipeline is compared against.
