Table lookups one UltraRAM serves: one per port of a dual-port 4,096 × 72 URAM (a 256 × 32 T-table fills 1/16 of it). Block RAM serves four per BRAM36 (two per BRAM18), so URAM is the poorer home per tile, but a slices-4 kernel leaves ~670 of the device’s 960 unused while block RAM is the wall.
