64 (commitment) + 64 (Ed25519) + 2 (index) + 32 + 16 + 16 (public key hash, public salt, message salt) + 7 × 32 (Merkle path) + 68 × 18 (chain nodes) = 1,642 bytes. The hardware pads each one to a 2 KiB frame slot in HBM; this constant is the unpadded length.
