Chunk0(j) (chunk = 0) or Chunk1(m) (chunk = 1) of the commitment.

cv is IV for the first block of a chunk and the previous block’s chaining value otherwise; word is the packer’s output for this block.

bytes is the block length (64, or 24 for the last block), first / last set the CHUNK_START / CHUNK_END flags. No ROOT flag: the two chunks are joined by parent_request.
