Twenty-four-context, signed multi-comb Ed25519 fixed-base multiplication.
The engine overlaps 24 independent scalar multiplications across four
fully pipelined field multipliers, two fully pipelined field add/subtract
lanes, and the four-cycle constant-address table in crate::multicomb_table.
It implements the 4-block, 8-tooth, spacing-8 comb used by the parallel
signing datapath. No secret bit drives a RAM address or changes the formula
sequence.
