- Upstream constants indexed by bank, key-bit value, then key-bit position. Addresses use only the low six bits; provenance and license are adjacent.

- Nine six-bit addresses formed by XORing the constants selected by key bits. This fixed affine mapping is neither cryptographic nor resistant to adversarial collision sets; the reference tests verify the expanded logic.
