Like rom_read8_kernel for a byte-wide ROM.
Input: the 8-bit byte to substitute. Output: the RAM input bundle for a
256 × 8-bit S-box memory, with the write port disabled. An UltraRAM box
later overwrites the write field with the loader’s write (see
sbox_stage_kernel); every other box keeps it disabled.
