Parallel linear half-round with optional post-round inter-lane wiring.
MixColumns ∘ AddRoundKey on all four AES lanes, using keys (a row of
ROUND_KEYS_RHDL). When mix is true, the MIX_WORDS shuffle
follows. In the pipelines mix is always a compile-time constant, so the
final if costs nothing.
