pub struct WotsSignature {
pub public: KeyPublic,
pub nonce: Nonce,
pub elements: [Element; 68],
}Expand description
WOTS component only; its public-key hash is not itself a trusted identity.
Anyone can make a key and a matching WOTS signature. Trust comes from the
Merkle path and the Ed25519 certificate in DsigSignature.
Fields§
§public: KeyPublicSalts and claimed public commitment.
nonce: NonceMessage salt disclosed only after the key is bound to this message.
elements: [Element; 68]The 68 selected 18-byte nodes, in chain order.
Implementations§
Source§impl WotsSignature
impl WotsSignature
Sourcepub fn verify_hash_component(&self, message: &[u8]) -> bool
pub fn verify_hash_component(&self, message: &[u8]) -> bool
Verify the hash-chain component, without authenticating the claimed key.
Recompute the digits, hash each revealed node forward to depth 3, and
compare the commitment with the claimed pk_hash.
