The layout of machine k of a core’s replicated machines (fixed-base machines in a signer, verify machines in a verifier) in this build: MachineMemory::SPECIALIZED for the first URAM_MACHINES, MachineMemory::LUT_BANKS for the next LUT_MACHINES, and MachineMemory::BRAM_BANKS for the rest.
