Struct Background

Source
pub struct Background {
    pub share: Option<f64>,
    pub sign: Option<f64>,
}
Expand description

The DSig paper’s second split: the budget is foreground (the HBSS: DSig sign and DSig verify, divided by Powers) plus background (EdDSA: the Ed25519 sign and verify modules DSig relies on), and the background is divided between Ed25519 sign and verify. Each part sums to 100 %; None lets the planner choose (layout).

Fields§

§share: Option<f64>

EdDSA’s % of the budget (the foreground gets the rest).

§sign: Option<f64>

Ed25519 sign’s % of the EdDSA background (verify gets the rest).

1.0.0 · Source§

fn ne(&self, other: &Rhs) -> bool

Tests for !=. The default implementation is almost always sufficient, and should not be overridden without very good reason.
