Bounded RPC components preserving explicit request and replica identities.
The reply path is a production component, not yet a complete RPC stack: signed variable-length request ingress, the consensus request-validity gate, application execution, and authenticated transport composition remain required. These modules do not narrow the request-signature contract to 64 bytes.
